About the SR&ED Team

We are an integrated team of technical and financial professionals that assist clients in claiming all of the SR&ED tax credits they are entitled to, and have been involved with the SR&ED program in Canada since its inception. We have developed claims for a variety of industry sectors and clients (e.g. Information Technology, banking, insurance, aerospace, manufacturing, pharmaceutical, research, and energy clients).

About our process

Our process starts with a review meeting, where we assess the approximate size of your claim(s) and their eligiblity.  At the end of this meeting, you will have a good understanding of how much of a tax credit refund or ITC to expect -- and the resources and timing that will be needed to obtain it.

Once we have an understanding of your requirements, and you agree to retain our services, we will enter into an agreement with you to deliver the written portion of the SR&ED claim -- and the financial portion if desired.  We always work closely with your financial professionals to maximize your claim and to make sure that no eligible cost is left unclaimed.  Once your claim is submitted, we will assist you in preparing for any financial and technical reviews with the CRA (Canada Revenue Agency) and can be present at these meetings if requested. Our fees are percentage-based, and range from 15% to 35% of the claim depending on the complexity. 

We do not get paid unless you get paid.
